From Liz: Some of you may already think I'm a little crazy with throwing myself out of airplanes and running marathons, but on this occasion I get to raise money for a wonderful cause. My next adventure is to rappel down a building and raise lots of money for the National Kidney Foundation. I'll be rappelling down a 17-story (200ft) building in downtown Baltimore. I'm aiming to raise $1000, and so far I have $610.  Whatever you can give will all add up.  Thanks in advance!
