Yukti Portal: Conceptualised, implemented, and monitored a web-portal to collaborate and record the efforts and initiatives of higher education institutions of Ministry of Education (MoE) in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic.
Policy for effective delivery and management of learning resources: Involved with the hon'ble Education Minister's (EM) office to make policies and strategies to increase access to online learning resources so that every child gets access to education amidst the pandemic.
WhatsApp Chatbot: Created the proof of concept of a chatbot that can be used by the different stakeholders, including students, teachers, and parents in order to easily access the online academic content during the COVID-19 scenario.
Mental health-related issues: Made policy-level recommendations to the MoE office to tackle mental health-related challenges during the lock-down period.
Researched digital learning strategies and made recommendations to the MoE office for digital learning policy and suggested short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategies for adaptation of the digital learning paradigm in India.

Statistics Handbook for the Minister: Designed an easy-to-access reference handbook for the hon'ble minister after compiling the statistical data for higher education from all the departments and bureaus under the Ministry of Human Resource Development.
