Linux hasn't been supported anymore for Picasa since 2012: Link

Nonetheless, some people run it using Wine, but apparently have difficulty obtaining a trustworthy copy of the Picasa installer. So here is the official installer of Picasa for windows Version 3.9.139.161: Link
