My son and I were in the "business meeting area" of a hotel. I told the kid to be serious because this was a serious area. "No being silly. No running. No laughing." Just then, a businessman on his cell erupted into laughter. My son was quick to point out, "He's laughing, Daddy." I had just one response for the kid -- the truth.
