Obama Claims to Be the Fourth Greatest President
During an interview on CBS's 60 Minutes program on December 10, 2011 Barack Obama
said the following:
"The issue here is not gonna be a list of accomplishments. As you said yourself,
Steve, I would put our legislative and foreign policy accomplishments in our first
two years against any president - with the possible exceptions of Johnson, F.D.R.,
and Lincoln - just in terms of what we've gotten done in modern history. But, you
know, but when it comes to the economy, we've got a lot more work to do. And
we're gonna keep at it."
The statement above displays an unbelievable degree of arrogance. Did the Founding
Fathers, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, James Madison and James
Monroe, do less than Barack Obama? These men put their lives on the line to bring about
the democratic republic whose benefits we now enjoy. What they did has been the greatest
accomplishment in the history of the republic. Why would Barack Obama slight these giants
and pick the three presidents who he believes "might" have had greater accomplishments?
Could it be that Barack Obama doesn't value democracy?
Abraham Lincoln preserved the Union and brought about an end to slavery. Yes, he was
a giant in the history of the United states. But why did Barack Obama choose Lyndon
Johnson as the first name on his list of possibly greater presidents? Lyndon Johnson quit
after four years in office because he couldn't cope with the war in Vietnam. Knowing Barack
Obama, the answer is clear. Lyndon Johnson was the architect of the "Great Society" set
of programs that were supposed to raise the poor out of poverty. Barack Obama promised
to "spread the wealth around," so the welfare programs that were created under Lyndon
Johnson would appear to be great accomplishments to Obama. Let's look at some of those
Great Society programs.
Aid For Dependent Children (AFDC) was one of those Great Society programs. Under this
program, single mothers received monthly payments depending on how many children they
had. The more children she had, the greater would be her monthly payments. However, the
mother could not have her husband living with her. Only mothers without a male in the
household qualified for these monthly payments. The result was that fathers, especially
minority fathers, abandoned their wives and children so that the mother could receive these
AFDC payments. The mother also realized that the more children she had, the greater would
be her monthly payments. The father would return surreptitiously to produce another child and
then leave the family again. Soon these mothers realized that any male would do to keep the
money-making baby factory going, so she often used any available male for this purpose.
In Detroit one minority mother on AFDC had 24 children by as many as eight or nine different men.
The Great Society programs were designed to lift poor minorities out of poverty. Just how could a single mother supervise and educate 24 children? She couldn't. The result was that most of these AFDC children never completed high school, couldn't find decent jobs, turned to crime and drug dealing, and ended up in prison. The reason there are so many minorities in prison is because the Great Society programs made it inevitable that they would end up there.
Food stamps were another Great Society program. Do you see a pattern developing here? Obama admires presidents who have increased transfers of wealth to the poor. Obama said during his election campaign that it was his intention to "spread the wealth around." Obama wants to create a welfare country like no other, not even in Europe. Now we come to F.D.R. (Franklin Delano Roosevelt). Roosevelt created massive public works programs in the 1930s. Obama also wants to create massive public works programs to "restore the infrastructure" of the United States. Such massive programs would decrease unemployment and make it easier for Barack Obama to be reelected, but with a huge national debt in excess of 15 trillion dollars, massive public works programs at this time would bankrupt the country. Roosevelt also began the current Social Security program in 1935 as part of his New Deal. This program was needed to protect the elderly from poverty. Obama could admire F.D.R. for that reason, but the program is long overdue for a revision that will allow the program to continue. Most politicians, including Obama, are too gutless to approach the subject. The health care plan, that Obama passed by bribing numerous members of congress, termed "Obamacare" has already raised insurance premiums by 10%; the opposite of what Obama promised his "Obamacare" would accomplish. No American should be denied basic medical services. In Switzerland all its citizens are covered by health insurance policies, the care is excellent, and it cost much less per patient than in the United States. Why is this so? The Swiss government does not meddle in its health care program as it does the United States. There is no Medicare in Switzerland. Instead all citizens are required to buy health insurance if they can afford it. For those who cannot afford to buy health insurance, the Swiss government buys health insurance for them from private insurance companies! This provides competition which keeps health care costs lower than in the United States. In the United States only certain health insurance companies are allowed to operate in each state, giving them a monopoly in that state, and citizens are not allowed to buy health insurance from other states! It would be a simply measure to allow for the purchase of health insurance across state lines, but corrupt politicians get donations/bribes from the health insurance companies to keep their monopolies going. Another measure that Congress could pass would be tort reform which would eliminate frivolous lawsuits against doctors and hospitals. Corrupt politicians won't do this either because they receive donations/bribes from lawyers who rake in money from these lawsuits. Obamacare did nothing to address these critical, cost-saving measures because he is in favor of the government controlling all aspects of Americans' lives. Rather than being a "great" president, Barack Obama has done things that will bankrupt the country and destroy health care in America.  Barack Obama claims the killing Osama bin Laden to be one of the great foreign policy accomplishments of his administration. The book above, Leading from Behind: The Reluctant President and the Advisors Who Decide for Him, shows that Barack Obama had to be dragged kicking and screaming into the attack that took out Osama bin Laden. In January, February and March of 2011 the attack on Osama bin Laden was called off three time because of objections by Barack Obama's principal advisor, Valerie Jarrett. The book says that Valerie Jarrett meets daily with Barack Obama, and that Obama doesn't make any important decisions without consulting her. This is insane! A Chicago political operative is deciding American foreign policy and military action. Jarrett was against the operation lest it "offend" the Muslim world and, in the event of failure, harm Barack Obama's image. It was Secretary of State Hilary Clinton who had to push Obama to act. This follows a pattern of Barack Obama being dominated and controlled by strong women, beginning with his hippie mother. Secretary of Defense Robert Gates retired early because he could not put up with the indecisiveness of Barack Obama. Barack Obama delayed reinforcing American troops in Afghanistan and then only agreed to part of what the military said was required. When Barack Obama was in the Illinois State Senate he voted "present" 129 times instead of taking a stand on difficult issues and he hit the "wrong button" and voted incorrectly six times. On a bill to ban sex shops from areas near schools, Barack Obama voted "present." Was that a mistake? So, has Barack Obama been the "fourth greatest president?" The following was written and translated from the Prague newspaper Prager Zeitungon on April 28, 2010: "The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, "merely a fool." It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their President." The writer described the American electorate as "depraved." Just how did the United States arrive at this point after being founded by some of the most brilliant minds the world has ever seen. Napoleon Bonaparte ordered two weeks of mourning in France upon the death of George Washington, but Bracak Obama fails to mention Washington's accomplishments in his amazingly egotistical claim to be the country's "fourth greatest president." The answer is that the United States is becoming the "hippie freak nation" that was born in the 1960s. History is unimportant to this new and "depraved" population, seeking drugs and pleasure in place of wisdom and understanding. Hippies did not disappear with the 1960s; they had children and grandchildren and infected them with hippie philosophy. They became the teachers in our schools, the leaders of public service employees unions and members of the Democrat Party, further poisoning the America electorate. The Czech writer in the article from the Prager Zeitungon above can be considered an impartial observer of the American electorate. What did he see in Barack Obama's character that the American electorate seems to have missed? We can discover much about Barack Obama from his own writings. In these writings Barack Obama admits to being stoned on drugs and alcohol during his high school years. Never before has an American president been elected with such an admission. Why did the American electorate ignore this obvious character flaw? The answer is that the American electorate is also heavily involved in the use of illegal drugs. "Medical marijuana" is now freely available in many states. This is just a tactic to legalize marijuana. Since the American electorate is effectively a drug culture, they see nothing wrong with electing a person just like themselves. During the anti-Vietnam War movement of the 1960s and 1970s, the Soviet KGB carried out a disinformation campaign in the United States by compromising the hippie leaders of this movement. America was portrayed as an evil entity carrying out crimes against humanity in Vietnam. In reality it was the communist Viet Cong that committed atrocities and crimes against humanity in South Vietnam, but the American electorate was brainwashed by the activities of the Soviet KGB to believe the opposite. Barack Obama, through indoctrination by his hippie mother, bought into this Soviet disinformation. During his college years Barack Obama admits in his own writings that he sought out Marxist professors who reinforced this hatred of America. During his 2008 presidential campaign Barack Obama said that he would "fundamentally transform America." It is now obvious that he meant to change the United States into something like a Marxist country; "spreading the wealth around" in his own words. The Czech writer, having experienced communism first hand in the former Czechoslovakia, recognized what Barack Obama was saying. What Barack Obama intended for the United States was not so obvious to the drugged and brainwashed American electorate as they foolishly voted for Barack Obama. The fact that Barack Obama is black actually helped him to get elected. The American electorate is enthralled with black athelets, black rap artists and black actors. Barack Obama was made into a black rock star by the left-wing American media. Character and an ability to govern meant nothing in this media-driven frenzy. Foreign writers, like the Czech writer, are not so heavily influenced by the black rock star craze. After a dismal performance during his first term, Barack Obama should be easily beaten by just about any candidate put up against him. However, the rock star frenzy is still present in the American electorate. There is a good chance that Barack Obama will be reelected, and the United States will continue on its downward spiral.
