The maximum number of creatures within the sutra's area of effect is equal to the caster's sutra casting ability modifier. The radius is 5 feet plus an additional 5 feet for every 5 sutra casting levels. Those hit by this ofuda receive electrical damage equal to 1d6 per effective spell level + sutra casting ability score modifier.
