DESCRIPTION

When you cast this spell, you can remove an enchanted tattoo from a slain target and place it upon the skin of a willing subject, including, if you choose, yourself. You cannot use this spell to place an enchanted tattoo which requires an open magic item slot upon a creature which already has that slot occupied by an enchanted tattoo.
