DESCRIPTION

If the target fails a Will save, it takes a –2 penalty on all attack rolls, damage rolls, saving throws, ability checks, and skill checks for the duration of the spell. Note the target takes a –4 penalty on these rolls if using them against hellhounds or legendary animals.
