The wearer gains a +5 competence bonus on Diplomacy and Knowledge (religion) checks. Once per day on command, the wearer can ask a single question of her patron deity, as if by using commune. Once per week on command, the wearer can touch a creature, atoning it for past misdeeds as if using an atonement spell.
