The bands can be arranged in three possible positions, each one granting a bonus to concentration checks. The copper band is attuned to Intelligence, silver to Wisdom and gold to Charisma. Solving the ring requires a DC 10 Intelligence check and is a full-round action. The ring grants a +2 circumstance bonus to concentration checks and overcoming spell resistance if the correct band for the caster is in the primary position.
