Aura strong conjuration; CL 15th DESCRIPTIONThis ring appears to be a ring of elemental command. The attitude of any elemental or creature tied to the elemental plane to which the ring is tuned is hostile to the wearer. Any Diplomacy checks made by the wearer to such creatures are made at a -5 penalty. Elementals or creatures tied to the opposing elemental plane (fire to water, air to earth) view the wearer in a more positive light, resulting in their initial attitude being one step closer to friendly. Additionally, Diplomacy checks made by the wearer to such creatures are made with a +5 circumstance bonus. The ring has no effect on elementals or creatures tied to elemental planes neither in tune with or in opposition to the plane to which the ring is tuned. This ring can only be removed by the casting of endure elements followed by a remove curse upon it. Doing so destroys the ring.
