Benefit: Your swim speed increases by +1 ft. for every rank of the Swim skill you possess. You must possess at least 5 ranks (or a multiple thereof) to increase your speed in combat.

For example a kappa with a swim speed of 22 would have an effective speed of only 20 ft.
