Prerequisite: Int 13, Combat Expertise

Benefit: You can, with a successful combat maneuver, deny an opponent his Dexterity bonus to his Reflex save or inflict a –2 circumstance penalty to his Reflex save (your choice) for one round.

Normal: With the GM’s permission you can attempt this maneuver without the use of this feat, provoking an attack of opportunity. If the attack of opportunity results in a hit, the maneuver fails.
