Prerequisite(s): Heavy Armor proficiency, 1st-level barbarian.

Benefits: You may use your fast movement class feature even when wearing heavy armor, though not if you are carrying a heavy load. In addition any other barbarian abilities or class features restricted by heavy armor do not apply to you.

Normal: A barbarian cannot use his fast movement when wearing heavy armor.
