You've been a leader for a while now, and you've learned what it takes to lead. This has given you special insight and made you a better leader in general.

Prerequisites: Must have had a feat or class ability that grants followers or a cohort similar to the Leadership feat for at least 4 levels, Charisma 15+.

Benefit: You get a bonus of +3 to your Leadership score. If you later acquire Legendary Leader, this bonus increases to +7. You also ignore any penalties to your Leadership score for moving around frequently or having an animal companion/familiar.

Normal: You add your Charisma to your character level, plus any gamemaster determined special modifiers for your leadership score.
