    Restriction: GM makes all checks in secret and reveals the results as needed
    Restriction: you cannot gain knowledge of a magic object's abilities
    Restriction: retries yield the same results
    DC Base: 20 (common object)
    DC Modifier: +5 for rare or exotic objects
    Check Frequency: 1 per object
    Success: <= 4 you know actual value to be 100% of actual
    Success: >=5 you know actual value to be 100% of actual and if the object is magical
    Failure: <= 4 you believe actual value is +/-20% of actual
    Failure: >= 5 you believe actual value is whatever wildly inaccurate value the GM makes up
    Time: 1 standard action
Dash and Grab (find most valuable object in a horde)
    DC Modifier: +5 large horde (GM discretion)
    DC Modifier: +10 huge horde (GM discretion)
    Check Frequency: 1 per horde
    Success: you find the most valuable object in the horde
