Using the raw form of magic that makes up the world, ether mages make themselves versatile in terms of casting spells.

The ether mage is an archetype of the wizard class.

Chosen Spellcasting

Making themselves the most versatile of any caster, the ether mage shows his true power depending on the stat he uses to cast with.

Strength: Change the ether mage's base attack bonus to medium, however lower their maximum spell level to 6th level, using the magus' spells per day. If Strength is chosen as their casting stat, they become proficient with 3 martial weapons. Because of this, it also changes Weapon Proficiency. Their hit dice does not increase to d8s.

Dexterity: Change the ether mage's reflex save to good, and lower their will saving throw to bad. Instead of Scribe Scroll, they gain the Run feat.

Constitution: Change the ether mage's fortitude save to good, and lower their will saving throw to bad. Instead of Scribe Scroll, they gain the Toughness feat.

Intelligence: Instead of their Arcane Bond, they select one spell and always cast that spell at +1 caster level. They can change this spell at every level they gain a new spell level, however when changing the spell they must select a spell of the highest level they can cast.

Wisdom: Instead of their Arcane Bond, and bonus feats at 5th and 10th levels, they gain a Domain from the Cleric's Domain list. They only choose one Domain and gain any spell listed on the domain even if they aren't Sorcerer/Wizard spells. They gain the domain powers at the levels listed on the domain page.

Charisma: Instead of their Arcane Bond, and bonus feats they instead gain one Bloodline. They gain the benefits of their bloodline at the levels listed upon the bloodline.

This changes Spellcasting, and additional abilities may be changed or replaced depending on the stat chosen.
