Benefit: A rogue with this talent gains a +4 bonus to Spellcraft and Use Magic Device checks made to decipher a scroll, and to Use Magic Device checks made to activate a scroll. In addition, the rogue decreases her chance of arcane spell failure when activating a scroll while wearing armor by 20%.
