Cyclops, Mighty

A single huge eye stares from the forehead of this twelve foot-tall giant. Above this sole orb, a curved horn grows from the creature’s massive brow. Two shaggy, oxlike legs that end in huge black hooves support its heavy frame.

Flash of Insight (Su)

Once per day as an immediate action, a cyclops can peer into an occluded visual spectrum of possible futures, gaining insight that allows it to select the exact result of one die roll before the roll is made. This effect can alter an action taken by the cyclops only, and it cannot be applied to the rolls of others.

Editor's Notes

This creature was created by adding the Mighty template to a basic Cyclops. We noted a few errors with this creature:
  1. Flat-footed AC is calculated incorrectly:  it should be flat footed AC 19.
  2. Bonus damage has been applied to the heavy crossbow based on the template; the heavy crossbow is otherwise normal.  GM's may wish to ignore the application of the template damage bonus if they feel it is illogical.
  3. Perception is missing the bonus from the mighty template; it should be Perception +16.
GM's are encouraged to use these statistics.
