The original version of this monster presented in Pathfinder 4: Fortress of the Stone Giants was CR 10 but that was prior to the release of the final Pathfinder RPG rules. A juvenile red dragon is CR 11 in the final Pathfinder rules. The CR 11 version was used for the purposes of this conversion to preserve the tactical options and durability of the creature as originally presented in the Adventure Path. Note that this does increase the dragon's tactical options, as it now has the frightful presence ability and access to the pyrotechnics spell. If you wish to use a CR 10 version instead, use a young red dragon, but remember to add +1 to its attack and damage bonuses to account for its amulet of mighty fists +1.
