Toad, Giant

Stubby warts dot the skin of this horse-sized brown toad. Its throat bulges and ripples as though about to croak.

SPECIAL ABILITIES

Poison Skin (Ex)

A creature that strikes a giant toad with an unarmed strike or natural weapon exposes itself to the toad’s poisonous skin.

Skin—contact; save Fort DC 14; frequency 1/round for 4 rounds; effect 1d2 Wisdom damage; cure 1 save.

* Editor's Note

The skill ranks do not add up.
Either all animal's 3 skill points have to be invested in Perception +8 (3ranks-1wis+3class+3feat=8), so can't have any invested in Stealth +1 (4bonus+1dex-4size).
OR it has Perception +7 (2ranks-1wis+3class+3feat=7) and Stealth +5 (1rank+3class+4bonus+1dex-4size).
GMs should decide which route they would like to go.

Giant Toad Companions
Giant toad companions are identical to giant frog animal companions, save that they lack the frog’s tongue and pull abilities. Instead, they gain the poison skin ability at 4th level.
