The story follows Alice as she goes on another deep sleep adventure encountering characters and scenarios mostly based on the Mother Goose Rhymes. Illustrated by the Author. 1925 – Alice in Orchestralia by Ernest La Prade has a girl named Alice meeting animated musical instruments and learning about the orchestra. Chapter headpieces by Carroll C. Snell Published by Heinemann. Reissued in 1934 as Alice in Orchestra Land (see above) with illustrations by Malcolm Easton, published by Cobden-Sanderson, London. A second volume was published in 1952, Alice in Music Land, illustrated by Grace Huxtable, published by Bodley head.
