The Emmaus Snowblast Winter Arts Festival

Saturday, February 1, 2020, 12 noon to 5:00 pm - Emmaus Triangle Park and Downtown Emmaus

This event will feature local artist demonstrations, a community art project, a photography contest, and food and drink specials at restaurants.

Live music and family activities will take place all day in Triangle Park.

PAL artist doing live demos will include: Richard Farmer, Margie Kavchock, Kathleen Amore Smith, Jill Stanley and Glenn Steiner.

Free Workshops at the Emmaus Public Library Art@EPL

The Emmaus Public Library is partnering with the Lehigh Art Alliance to bring art to the community.

A series of workshops, lectures and exhibits will be held at the library in 2020. January's program features pastel artist Marianne Knipe, with a drop-in lecture on January 11th and workshops on January 13th and 20th. Tuesdays 9:30 to 12:30, starting January 7, 2020 (sign up on website)

Portrait sessions will be offered on Tuesdays at the Art is Inn, starting in January 2020. Models are non-professional volunteers and clothed. Poses will start with quick sketch and then 5 minutes then progressing to same 20 minute pose with 5 minute breaks for the remainder of session. Fee $3 collected will be shared with the model. If you are interested in being a model for these sessions please contact Deb Haaf through the Art is Inn website.
