Towards a Synodal Church

Pope Francis has called the whole Church – all its members – to participate in a process of discernment in preparation for the next Synod of Bishops (2023). The Synod is a gathering Bishops representing the Episcopal Conferences of each nation. The next Synod will be unique in that it is a Synod on synodality and because it is seeking a very broad consultation.
