Key of A. Fiddle can tune AEAE. Two parts. Also called Horse and Buggy (that is, not Old).

Good video [tube] of a square dance, usually hard to film. Key of A. Music starts at 0:17 and continues for 8 minutes! The band is the Old Cornlickers, not the New Cornlickers. The band clarifies they will play the old horse & buggy, not the new horse & buggy. The dancers form opposing lines of gents vs ladies and each person eventually dances with every member of the other line. This is called a contra dance (or a bipartite graph in mathematics). Usually contra bands play a medley of 3 tunes in 3 keys. This band plays one tune throughout, as is typically done in a square dance. Yay! | Dave Wood on fiddle, Adam Jarrell on banjo, Brandon Holder on guitar. The recording seems to be flat of A 440. |
