PRIVATE SESSIONS

Your private practice will begin with an intake session to talk with you about your personal goals, assess your physical condition and advise on diet, life changes, emotional issues, sadhana (personal development) and asana.

Traditionally yoga was taught one-to-one, allowing the teacher to tailor the practice to student's individual needs and spiritual development. Nic recommends that students take at least one private class per month to get the most out of the practice, and she will be happy to schedule sessions according to your hectic lifestyle.
