Yam and ginger soup

Super easy to cook, and such a lovely fresh flavour to it!

Ingredients

  • 500 g chopped yams

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 600 mL vegetable or chicken stock

  • 1 clove crushed garlic

  • 1,5 tsp crushed ginger

  • salt, pepper

Materials

  • Blender or stick mixer

Yam and ginger soup

Preparation

Sauté onion, garlic and ginger. Add yams and cover with stock (or water). Simmer for 30 minutes, then purée. Season with salt and pepper.
