Yam and ginger soup

Super easy to cook, and such a lovely fresh flavour to it!
Ingredients
500 g chopped yams
1 chopped onion
600 mL vegetable or chicken stock
1 clove crushed garlic
1,5 tsp crushed ginger
salt, pepper
Materials
Blender or stick mixer
Preparation
Sauté onion, garlic and ginger. Add yams and cover with stock (or water). Simmer for 30 minutes, then purée. Season with salt and pepper.
