Regular weekly classes, courses and workshops in the Norwich area include various practices in the ancient Chinese energy skills of Qigong and Chinese Meridian Yoga to increase physical and mental well-being whilst opening the energy channels in the body that promote self-healing and well-being. Calming music provides a gentle back-drop to the sessions helping to relax both the mind and body. Suitable for total beginners as well as more experienced practitioners, Qigong is easy to follow as each movement is usually repeated several times and it only takes a few weeks to become familiar with a practice. Of course learning the physical movements is only the start of the journey as practicing Qigong has many different layers and it can take years to really master a Qigong Practice.
