Welcome to this month's IFOMPT Evidence Release

It has been a busy month in publishing, and we have lots of interesting articles for you. The shoulder is a hot topic - with two Cochrane Reviews on the rotator cuff, and several other systematic reviews and RCTs on the subject. This month our Special Interest Topic returns to Professional Issues, including cost-effectiveness, research and our evolving profession.

Major League Baseball goes digital
In a sport where manual scoreboards are not an unusual sight, there’s a digital newcomer that could decrease elbow injuries. Motus Pro is a set of five sensors and software that collects and analyzes biomechanical data. It is being used by Major League Baseball players like Dellin Betances, a pitcher for the New York Yankees, to prevent elbow injuries.
