LE CONSENTEMENT – UN ACTEUR IMPORTANT DANS LA PROCÉDURE DE L’ADOPTION

RÉSUMÉ

Sans doute, comme dans tout différend, dans la procédure de l’adoption, le consentement a un rôle important. Le consentement relatif à l’adoption se réfère à l’accord d’un parent ou d’une personne de renoncer à l’enfant et de se dégager de tous les droits et obligations à l’égard l’enfant respectif. La finalité de cette étude, qui ne devient pas du tout évidente par son étendue, compte tenant des repères limités et concis qui ont été pris en considération, sera représentée exclusivement par l’analyse du consentement à l’adoption.

CONSENT – AN IMPORTANT PLAYER IN THE ADOPTION PROCEDURE

ABSTRACT

Undoubtedly, exactly as in each dispute, in the adoption trial as well, the consent occupies an important place. Consent, as it relates to adoption, refers to the agreement by a parent or a person to relinquish a child for adoption and release all rights and duties with respect to that child. The purpose of this paper, which in no case is highlighted by its scope, given the limited and concise benchmarks, is represented exclusively by the analysis of the consent of adoption.
