We have prepared Powerpoint slides for all of the chapters in the book (eclipse projects for some examples are also available, see at the end of this page).
We'll be happy to provide a copy of the slides to all instructors that buy the book and plan to use it as the basis of their MDE course (and would love to get some feedback on that, either by mail or sharing your experience on the book google group).
To get the slides, just drop us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) indicating which course you´ll be using the book on (by this you agree on allowing us to list your course in the "who is using the book" page). You´re free to modify the slides to tailor them to your course as long as you keep the reference to the book in the slides.
The full list of slide sets is available on Slideshare and can be downloaded as PDFs (but we will release the PPT sources to instructors).
We have prepared the examples presented in Chapter 7, 8, and 9 as Eclipse projects. You can import the projects into your Eclipse using the Import Existing Project function.
For running the projects, we recommend to download the latest Eclipse Modeling Edition (www.eclipse.org) and install the following Eclipse plugins:
