Plunge Participants who are soliciting pledge donations:

**In order to receive a souvenir Polar Plunge t-shirt, registration form & fee must be received no later than February 6th.

Pledge forms and balance of collected pledge money should be turned in to SOMC at event check-in.

Plunge Participants who are not soliciting pledge donations:

Completed registration form and registration fee of $25 can be mailed to Special Olympics Madison County, PO Box 2133, Mars Hill NC 28754. No souvenir t-shirt. Registration will also be accepted on the day of the event; please arrive by 1:30 p.m.

On-site registrations will begin at 1:30 p.m.

Pre-registered participants should arrive at check-in by 2 p.m.

Plunge and parade of participants begins at 2:30 p.m.
