Fees

At MSEO, we provide your students with not only a competitive environment, but we also provide several non-competitive learning opportunities to allow students to experience science. In order to accommodate all the students, we charge a fee from each school and each student attending.

Fixed Cost per school = $50

Additional Cost per student = $10

Total Cost = $50 + $10 x number of students attending (20-24)

This fee pays for all the materials used during the olympics from the competitive events to enrichment programs to signs and banners. It also covers snacks for participants, awards and prizes.

Payment

  • Payment must be received within 2 business days after online registration to secure your spot in the Olympiad. Schools can bring 20-24 students.

  • Payments should be sent through a Journal Entry (JE). See details below.

  • If your office administrator has question about the journal entry process, please have them directly contact our budget administrator (Lena Potapova).

Journal Entry Instructions

  • Indicate the name of your school in both the Document Header Text and in the Text Description Fields (so that we know who the money is coming from)

  • Submit JE through SAP directly and email our budget administrator (Lena Potapova) to let her know that the funds were sent
