In order to complete the online form, you will need a security code.
In early December, past participants will be emailed a security code in an MSEO announcement letter.
If you are a past participant and you have not received this announcement letter by Monday, December 9th, 2019, please contact the MSEO Director.
If you are not a past participant and would like to register for MSEO, please contact the MSEO Director for an announcement letter.
