11 Physics ISU 5 % of Final Mark

A - Make a presentation to a class on a Physics related topic (i.e. Optics, Waves, Black Holes, Hyperspace, Weird Science, etc. ). Preferably present to a grade 6-8 class. You must arrange the presentation yourself with a teacher who will fill out an evaluation form available from me. (Our Lady of Sorrows requires extra paperwork FYI)

B – Build a 250g (or less) bridge that can span 50 cm, out of Popsicle sticks and white (dries clear) glue. Complete details provided on handout. Marks based on the load that the bridge could support.

C – Read one (or a portion) of the following books, and write a summary in your own words. 4-6 pages double-spaced. Include quotes. Must submit rough work. Any plagiarism=zero.
