This guitar was modeled after an old 50s guitar that I liked the shape of. A lot of the process was not documented, but here is what there is. Here is the neck right after pounding the frets in, they need to be trimmed a bit. This is a view from the headstock looking down the neck to the body as they are clamped together for the glue to set: Schaller locking tuners, Maple frettboard and neck, P-90 pickups, Ibanez SZ bridge, Jaguar style bridge, 2 volume knobs, Zero frett. |
