Freelance Translation, Localisation & Project Management

My name is Jens Christensen. I am a freelance translator, copywriter, subtitler and project manager with more than 10 years of experience. I handle QA, translation and localization from English, Swedish and Norwegian to Danish.

In 2005 I finished my Master’s Degree at the University of Aarhus, where I have studied English, Information Technology and Organizational Analysis. As part of my studies I spent 6 months in USA as a student at Michigan State University. I spent 2006 and part of 2007 working as a Project Manager for the international translation agency Amesto. I have since completed more than one thousand projects as a freelance translator.

I have translated user guides, technical specifications, marketing texts, subtitles and other material for companies such as Microsoft, HP, Google, Nintendo, Sony, Danfoss, Netflix and more.

My background as a Project Manager means that I have experience dealing with all the phases of a given project and that I am able to work quickly and independently. This results in the right words - every time!
