4th EU-Russia Innovation Forum 4. - 6.6.2014 in Lappeenranta, Finland

The three-day event is organized June 4-6, 2014. The program is all about networking with potential partners, clients, investors and experts to build future co-operation. In additition to business matchmaking, we concentrate on energy, environment, logistics and mobility. English is  a language of the conference. There is a simultaneous interpretation in some parts.

Main themes of the Forum are:
  • Green energy and cleantech
  • Sustaibable value chains and services
  • Green growth in practice

In addition, the Forum offers:
  • Business matchmaking - Find the best business partners.
  • Green Mill of incubators and science parks: Shared innovations and new ideas for business
  • Pre-conferences on different areas of expertise

BRIDGE – Best Practices in EU-Russia University Collaboration, 4 - 5 June, 2013

The BRIDGE event takes place at Lappeenranta University of Technology and is targeted at European and Russian university staff who are working with international university cooperation, both for staff working with international education programs and staff engaged in international research & development projects.

The BRIDGE event provides viewpoints to internationalization of higher education, double degree programs between the EU and Russia and also offers insights to the role of international accreditations and rankings in the higher education sector. In addition to this, the second seminar day focuses on funding possibilities for EU-Russia R&D cooperation and mobility as well as offers expert speech on self-leadership providing the audience tools for new ways of thinking.

Finnish National Digibusiness -compentence cluster (OSKE) and it's Russian partners are developing the cooperation of Finnish and Russian content producing companies in Finland, Russia and third market. Last year similar events were arranged in St. Petersburg, Russia and Tampere, Finland and the brought together 50 Finnish and 70 Russian companies.
 
Main theme of the event is digital content production and its multichannel needs
