ワンルーム庭付き
株式会社エイブルが建築家・デザイナーを対象にワンルームマンションのインテリアデザインを募集したROOMS DESIGN PREMIO（審査員 伊東豊雄氏，隈研吾氏）にて，審査員特別賞隈研吾賞を頂いた作品．
通常のマンションではバルコニーを外壁側に平行配置しますが，この案ではバルコニーを９０度回転させ，住戸間を仕切るように配置しています．普通であれば外に面しているバルコニーを半内部化することで，洗濯物を干す，緑の鉢植えや自転車を置くなど，小さな庭のような使い方が出来ます．
この庭のようなエリアの床は白モルタル仕上げのため気軽に掃除することも出来，運動をしたり，絵を描いたり，自由でラフな生活が似合います．窓際は開放的なバススペースとなり，リビングとの引戸の間仕切りをあけることで，風や光に満ちた大きなワンルームとなります．
審査の結果，審査員特別賞隈研吾賞を頂き，２００６年１１月に東京外苑で行われた東京デザインウィーク会場にて表彰，発表が行われました．
The one-room with garden
Able Inc. raised interior design of a studio apartment for architect or designer in ROOMS DESIGN PREMIO (jury: Mr.Toyoo Ito, Mr.Kengo Kuma), we won Special Jury Prize Kengo Kuma Award.
In the normal apartment, I arrange a balcony in parallelism in the outer wall side, we turn a balcony 90 degrees for this plan, and it partitions off a room. we semi-internalize the balcony which usually faces outside, so it is possible for how to use such as the small garden to air laundry, plant, or put a bicycle.
You can clean the floor of this garden willingly for white mortar finish, so there are the life that exercise and draw a picture, and is rough by freedom. The window becomes the bus space of the opening, and by opening a division, this room becomes one with living room, this one-room is filled with light or wind.
We won special jury prize, In Tokyo design week at Gaien of Tokyo, 2006.11, commendation and presentation were performed.
