Did you know ITD, Inc. is one of the only therapy dog organizations with no mimimum age?

We view young applicants as the future of therapy dog visiting. If a youngster can demonstrate an excellent sense of responsibility and proper handler control, we have registered individuals as young as 7 years old.

NOTE: Establishing the commitment of the parent is part of evaluating applicants under 18 years of age. Though not mandatory, it is preferable for the parent to also be a registered ITD, Inc. handler.

'DOG-LESS' MEMBERSHIP are available only with ITD, Inc.

We are always in need of extra helpers, especially for our larger events. In February 2011 we added a new membership, the 'dog-less' membership.

Our 'dog-less' membership is for anyone who wants to help promote therapy dog visiting or work around dogs, but does not own a dog. The annual fee for our 'dog-less' membership is only $20.00. 'Dog-less' members will receive an ITD, Inc. ID card and be covered under our volunteer liability insurance.

'Dog-less' membership applicants can download our membership application from our website https://sites.google.com/site/idtdinc/. Mail or email the completed application form, a personal head shot (use .jpeg format for photo) and a check for $ 20.00 made payable to ITD, Inc. or ITDI to:
