We are usually open from  mid June until early August. 
Update        5/07/2020 We will be open tomorrow from 10-5, there are some strawberries and raspberries and plenty of blackcurrants to pick

Update     10/06/2020  We intend to open the PYO for the 1st time this year on Friday 12th June with strawberries and gooseberries to pick.                                                                                                 We look forward to welcoming you all again.  
Normal opening times this year will be 10 am - 5 pm (last entry 4.30 pm).
Due to the hot dry spring our crops will be reduced this year so we may have to close on some days. Please check before travelling.
We now have a different entrance/exit to the field to allow social distancing. Please follow the signs.
At the present time we are not operating a booking system.
Please do not visit if you have any Covid-19 symptoms.
Please observe social distancing at all times.
Please stay together as a household group.
We recommend you bring and use your own hand sanitiser.
Fruit should be washed at home before eating. (Please do not eat fruit in the field).
We may not have ready picked fruit available. Please check beforehand.
We now have a card machine and can take contactless payments.
There will be no toilet facilities on site.
Sorry no dogs or picnics in the fruit field.

                                                                                              
We grow a range of crops including:
  • Strawberries (7 varieties)
  • Raspberries
  • Gooseberries  (cooking and dessert varieties)
  • Blackcurrants
  • Redcurrants
  • Tayberries
 
The season starts with strawberries and cooking (green) gooseberries.  The other crops usually start towards the end of June, although this can vary each year.
