Day Before Herb & Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Yields 8 Servings

9 potatoes, peeled and cubed

6 ounces Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese
1 cup sour cream

2 tsp onion powder

2 Tbsp butter

S&P to taste

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add potatoes and boil until tender, about 15-20 minutes.


Strain potatoes and transfer to a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and either mash by hand or use a hand mixer until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.


Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Add the potatoes and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
