FREE Event. Getting Started – a family friendly writing workshop with
award-winning editor and experienced tutor Allen Ashley; suitable for all ages
from 7 to 97. Avenue House, 2pm-6pm, Saturday 31 May 2014. Ticket £5 includes delicious tea or coffee and danish pastry. Allen will be chairing the panel at 4.45pm – “What’s Your A-Gender?” Discussion on Women Writing As Men / Men Writing As Women. Panellists: Alex Wheatle, Caitlin Davies, Rosie Fiore, Miriam Halahmy. Chaired by Allen Ashley. There will be an opportunity for audience questions also.
