Islwyn Running club is a friendly club formed in 1983 based in Caerphilly County Borough whose H.Q. is at the Llanarth Club, Pontllanfraith NP12 2LG. The club meets every Tues + Thurs at 6.15pm ready to run at 6.30pm . All abilities welcome.
