If you're having trouble logging in to your PayPal account, you may need
to clear your cache and cookies.
 
Here's how to clear your cache and cookies if you’re using Windows:
 
For Internet Explorer 7, 8 & 9:
   1. Click "Tools" near the top of the browser..
   2. Click "Safety," and then click "Delete browsing history."
   3. Select the "Cookies" check box, and then click "Delete."
Don't see these steps?
   1. Click "Tools" near the top of the browser.
   2. Click "Internet Options."
   3. Click "Delete" under "Browsing History."
   4. Select what you wish to delete or select "Delete All."
For Safari 5:
Here's how to clear your cache:
   1. Click "Safari."
   2. Click "Empty Cache."
   3. Click "Empty."
Here's how to clear your cookies:
   1. Click "Safari."
   2. Click "Preferences."
   3. Click "Security."
   4. Click "Show Cookies."
   5. Click "Remove All."
   6. Click "Remove All" to confirm the deletion.
   7. Click "Done" to finish the process.
   8. Restart Safari for the changes to take place.
For Firefox 4.0:
Flick on the "Firefox" button at the top of the screen.
   1. Click "Options."
   2. Click "Advanced."
   3. Click "Network."
   4. Under "Offline Storage," click "Clear Now."
   5. Click "OK."

For Safari 5:

   1. Click "Safari."
   2. Click "Empty Cache."
   3. Click "Empty."

iPad, or iPod Touch:
 
   1. Click "Settings."
   2. Click "Safari."
   3. Click "Clear Cookies."
   4. Click "Clear Cookies" again.
   5. Click "Clear Cache."
   6. Click "Clear Cache" again.
