Girl Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation must be received by May 30, 2014 to receive a 100% refund.* Cancellations received after May 30, 2014 and by June 13, 2014 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after June 13, 2014(There may be exceptions for extraordinary circumstances, left up to the discretion of the Day Camp Director.) If you need to cancel, please send your written cancellation by mail or email.
* A $5 registration processing fee will be retained on all 100% refunds.

  3. Contact Phone Number
  4. Name of payee and type of payment (cash, check, etc.)
  5. Address that refund should be sent to.
  6. Brief reason for cancellation
