Girl Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation must be received by May 31, 2024 to receive a 100% refund.* Cancellations received after May 31, 2024 and by June 7, 2024 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after June 7, 2024. (There may be exceptions for extraordinary circumstances, left up to the discretion of the Day Camp Directors.) If you need to cancel, please send your written cancellation by mail or email.

* A $5/participant, registration processing fee will be retained on all 100% refunds.

Adult Volunteer Cancellation Policy

If an adult volunteer cancels the parent/guardian of the girl receiving a discount will automatically be responsible for the remaining balance of their camp fee (based on the original registration date). Payment is due prior to the start of camp. 

If an adult volunteer fails to show for the required days of camp the parent/guardian of the girl receiving a discount will automatically be responsible for the remaining balance of their camp fee (based on the original registration date). Payment is due on or before Friday, July 19, 2024.

Please contact the Day Camp Director as soon as possible if you have committed to volunteering at day camp and will be unable to do so one or more of the days.

COVID Cancellation Policies

If a girl or adult needs to cancel because of COVID related circumstances we will follow the normal cancellation policies and timelines.
