Trail Review

Summary: Great place. It's our third time out there, second time on our new bikes. Upon my return from Iraq, I purchased myself a 2006 Trek 6500 and my son a 2006 Gary Fisher Advance. We had ridden this track previously with department store bikes (see my first review).
The guys at Bikes & Moore really made some improvements on the track from the first time we've ridden and it's maintained and marked very well.
We're beginning to understand the technical aspect of riding and are learning alot, and there's plenty here to teach us.
Recommended Route: We normally start off by taking Loop One to the left, we get to the Loop One/Loop Two juntion and take Loop Two all the way around, coming back the same way we started. Check out "Places To Ride" on the link provided to view an updated map of the trails. There's also pictures in the picture gallery under 'Pennyrile'.

TRAIL UPDATE 03.13.14 The 13.5 Miles of the Pennyrile Nature Trail has just been cleared and is open to Hikers and Mountain Bikers. The PNT connects Dawson Springs, KY and has views of Lake Beshear
TRAILS UPDATE 08.27.13 All trails were cleared and mowed approximately 2 weeks ago. But due the heavy rain and low usage, there is probably a fair amount of regrowth again, hopefully if the rain will stop, this will not be such an issue. Ticks are also still an issue.
