Terms of Service

Personal Trainer & Coaching (PTC) Services
  1. It is up to the Client/Member himself/herself to ensure that his/her health is generally good and allows exercise without any special risks.
  2. The contract is personal and cannot be transferred to another member or customer.
  3. The contract is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  4. The Member/Customer has the right of return by notifying SeTs in writing within 14 days of the conclusion of the PTC Agreement, except for PTC packages, or parts thereof paid for with sports payment vouchers (for tax reasons). Exercises that have been used will not be refunded. Starting a PTC package is a purchase decision. Once the package is started, it can only be cancelled for reasons where the client’s health permanently prevents training (documentation/evidence required).
  5. SeTs does not reimburse unused PTC training sessions, except in those cases where a member/client terminates their membership in accordance with SeTs general terms and conditions Section 4.
  6. SeTs reserves the right to change a member/client to another Personal Trainer/Coach if necessary.
  7. The practice hour is 60 minutes including a basic consultation of 5 minutes. That is, an exercise/workout lasting about 55 minutes with the PTC.
  8. If a member/customer arrives late for a booked PTC hour, the hour is counted as having started according to the original timetable/booking. If the PTC is more than 5 minutes late, the member will receive another 30-minute appointment free of charge.
  9. Cancellation of a training session must be made no later than 24 hours before the start of the class. If the training session is cancelled later or the member/client does not arrive for the class, the appointment will be considered used. A training cancellation must be made to the PTC concerned.
  10. PTC training takes place online, on designated premises or, in its immediate vicinity. Training is not allowed in competing sports centres or on-line systems.
  11. If a member/customer purchases PTC services for payment by invoice, the service provider has the right to check the member's/customer's credit information.
