Point Town-homes is a community of 76 units located in Lakewood, Colorado. Adjacent to thousands of acres of open space and parks, Fox Point residents enjoy easy access to beautiful hiking and biking trails. Our location provides easy access to the interstate for quick trips to the Rocky Mountains and the Denver Metroplex, and we are only 7 minutes away from the Federal Center Park-n-Ride where the FastTracks Light Rail trains stop for easy access to downtown.

Fox Point is comprised of 14 ranch-style units and 62 multi-story units and is managed by Maximum Property Management under the guidance of an elected board.

Notices:

1.  A Reminder about Guest Parking: Guest parking at the northeast entrance and in the middle of the community are now designated with visitor parking signs. Please keep these open for guests.  All guest parking is designated as snow storage. If snow removal is necessary, any cars parked in guest parking will be towed at the owner's expense.

2.  Snow Removal: as a general rule snow will be removed from sidewalks and plowed at 4 inches. Ice slicer will be put on under 4 inches when needed. Note, this is subject to change based on community needs.

3.  Please be a good neighbor: secure your trash to keep the wind from blowing it throughout the community. Pick up after your pet. Animal waste affects landscaping, increases costs for grounds maintenance and can lower property values.

4.  Be observant to avoid theft and vandalism:
The Fox Point Board of Directors would like to remind homeowners to keep garage doors closed unless they are physically in the garage.  It serves as an invite to disreputable persons who might be roaming through the neighborhood.  You are encouraged to contact the Lakewood Police Department if you have experienced any of this kind of vandalism.

Please call Maximum Management and the Lakewood Police Department if you see any suspicious activity
