Fiberforum is...

Fiberforum is a northwest Ohio art group whose members use a wide variety of fiber media and techniques to create individual and collaborative works.

Fiber techniques are used by the artists in the group as a means of personal reflection and as ways to express what it means to exist in the world today. We encourage the appreciation of traditional techniques as well as ways in which these techniques can be expanded. Whether woven, stitched, tied, or pieced, fibers form a common thread expressing our cultures and ourselves.

The members of this over 50 year-old northwest Ohio group often work on collaborations, where each artist adds to or modifies each other's work in a communal manner or otherwise produce art as a group. Some recent collaborations are listed to the left.
